The right to return without giving a reason

Each customer has the right to return a product without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery of the product. The condition for return is:

- no traces of use

- complete, undamaged packaging

The customer shall make the return at his own expense

The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the Product resulting from the use of the Product beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product. Exceeding the above limits does not render the withdrawal ineffective.

Return of the treadmill may be deducted by the cost of checking the equipment and the cost of shipping to the customer up to a total of 15 PLN gross.

If there is a need to return the funds for the transaction made by the consumer, the seller shall refund the payment within 14 days using the same method of payment used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another way of return that does not involve any costs for him.

Warranty / product claim

The product is covered by a 24-month warranty carried out in the European Union by the seller. The customer is obliged to send the faulty product to the seller's warehouse at:
